Trying to find footage of the spectator who decides to give the 110m hurdles a go in rain with commentary?

There is an athletics meeting and its torrential rain, a spectator decides to run the 110m hurdles and its hilarious! Crowd cheer him on - I think Brendan Foster is commentating (possibly BBC) and the fella wipes out right at the end to slide over the line before being man handled away by the stewards! Cheers!
