EYELASH IN MY EYE!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!?

well today i was playing halo3.and i felt some irritation.after i was done playing i went to the bathroom.i looked in the mirror to see that an eye lash was on my eyeball.(not on my eyelid or partly on my eye it was on my bare eye.)i tried washing it out but it did nothing.i tried blinking to move it to the edge but it wouldn't get on my eyelid so that i could pull it off.and pretty soon it moved to the back of my eyeball and i thought this was bad.then a few minutes later it reappeared on the front of my eye.i tried wetting it and trying to get it out with a wet paper towel but nothing worked.then i tried to wash it out again and it was gone but then i started to feel discomfort again.so i think its still in the back of my eyeball so could someone please tell me some methods to getting the eyelash out? this has been happening a lot lately and i think it might be stress related.HELP PLEASE!!!!
