How much for this tattoo on my calf?

First I searched google for tattoo parlors. Then I got their phone numbers. Then I called them and tried to explain to them on the phone what you wanted. The cheapest guy has a shop two blocks from the junior high school. He said he'd do it for $20.00. The second guy said he wouldn't do Celtic stuff, so $0.00 for him. The third guy said he would rather talk to you about it, but it sounded like $250.00 to him. We ended up with an average price of $270 divided by 3, or $90.00 average for the three shops.
