So, now that it is almost official, now what?

in california, we had a proposition saying that gay and biual couples cannot get married. the last i heard, this law is going to p. what i want to know is what about those couples that have already gotten married? will their marriages become null and void? and for the record, i am neither gay nor but i cannot sit here and ignore this! i am for equality and marriage for all is equality. what's going to happen next, is california going to say that two people of different races or religions can't get married?
