In A Science Report, Can I Outline 2 Different Experiments?

I don't see why not. Just ask your teacher beforehand if you aren't sure. And in each experiment, make sure there is only one variable: in Experiment 1, keep the length (and everything else) the same, and in #2 keep the m and everything else the same.
