Do you think the AFL needs to start holding umpires accountable for bad decision making?

Reading the answers its obvious that the halfwits who have responded either barrack for st kilda or have never played a game of footy in their life!! Rooey clearly took a dive after minimum contact, any blind fool could see that, contact off the ball happens all the time, if you look at a replay of last nights game i reckon there'd be 2 dozen similar incidents of contact off the ball none resulting in a free kick!!! The umpires today are trying to make a name for themselves and to be seen and part of the game, they should realise that people pay their money to watch the players not umpires and that they are there to officiate and not pull free kicks out of their rotund derrieres that can change the course of a great game. And if im mistaken i believe if was "razor" ray chamberlain who is one of the worst umpires involved in the game!!! The day will soon come when a club will take a umpire to court over a decision that costs them a grand final and rightly so!!!
