Stomach Problems :( Help! Please.?

My stomach has been hurting on and off for the past three days. I don't know what to do. I'll feel fine for a while, and then my stomach will start to hurt so bad I'll go to the brink of throwing up almost, which is a bad thing because I am TERRIFIED of throwing up. What should I do? Please help. I'm desperate. Seriously.
