Is Dhoni the best ever captain India has ever had?

I am no India fan( I dont support any nation) but still like the way MSD captains his team, he unlike I(and others) expected did not turn out to be a pinch-hitter but rather became a good player, I knew that he'd be a good captain after that. I think he has the potential to be one of the best the game has ever seen.
