What unhealthy things can we ban to afford universal healthcare?

Don't forget England is also cutting back on health care for the elderly... It would be completely un -PC to ban things , just enforce that trillion $$ tax increase on the middle cl.Some people believe we owe them health care , surly they don't believe the government will pay for all this .....
