Should I stick with this food plan?

I'm normally really good at figuring out if my food is healthy, but I'm desperate. I need to lose about 7 pounds in about 2 weeks! I've cut out all carbs, and have lost 2 pounds already. To kick it up a notch, I'm going to have: an Atkins protein shake for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I'm drinking tons of water, but I know I'm probably going to get hungry, so if I do, I'll have light yogurt with some granola. Is this a good plan? Or should I stick with my old one of: Atkins shake for breakfast and lunch, and then a Veggie burger on a low calorie bun (90), with baby carrots and fat free ranch? Also, I can't drink plain water. So is Crystal Light okay to be drinking in about 3-4 water bottles everyday? I ride my bike for 25-30 minutes about 4 days a week. And please don't tell me I am not eating, the shakes have 25 g of protein, 160 calories, and 6 carbs. Those are in fact nutrients. I am no starving myself! Please help!!!
