Please help. Sprint is charging me $200 to open a family plan...With two people.?
Well, Yesterday I was stoked because I was getting a new phone to replace my defective phone with a brand new one and switching from my equally defective company to a brand new company, but it looks like I can't. Why? Sprint is charging me $200(For no apparent reason...) to open a family plan with my mother. Is there any way I can convince them to waive this charge? My mother has done this before, She used to have sprint, But due to being laid off...forever...she couldn't pay her bill and had to go to Metro. Here's the problem: We're dirt poor and in need of a service that works where we are. Metro doesn't do that. Sprint does. Don't they value their customers? I think they would because they lost 340,000 customers recently. I just want the samsung reclaim. And a company that works. Come on, Stop bleeding me for money, Sprint. Help?
