In FFX-2 if u already have 99% completion?

and u do a new game plus and skip all the scenes and do the part you missed, which kept you from getting the mascot dressphere, would you still get 100% and the dress sphere or would you have to not skip any scenes and do every single mission plus the one u didnt do?
