I'm in love with my cousin... can I fall out of love?

I know you can't choose who you're in love with. You just can't. I'm not going to judge you based off of society's view on what's acceptable or not pertaining to love. I think you should try to get some closure on the matter. Try calling your cousin and talking to him about what both of you may have possibly had. Knowing where he stands with it could really help. If it's something you truly can't help or stop in any way, try long distance? I've never been in any situation like this, so it's hard to empathize, but I know what it's like to be in love. And I know how hard it is to be away from the person you love. So maybe hearing his voice could be enough until you talk to him again.
