Whats a good graphics card that can work on my comp?

my computer only supports agp and pci graphics cards, but i notice all the new graphics cards now seem to use pci express, and once in a while like agp 16x or something, what do you think i should get? i would like to play something like unreal tournament 3 or along the lines of that
