What herbs and/or spices are safe for dogs to ingest?

I've boiled, baked, and grilled (plain, boneless, skinless)chicken every so often to treat her and she seems to enjoy them. I was wondering if there are any herbs or spices I can use that are safe for dogs and would add some nice flavor to her chicken. Any and all help is appreciated. :)
