Trying to work out a custody agreement, what do you think?

Looks ok - it looks like you and your ex get along fairly well. You don't have anything for Holidays though or any notes for vacations out of the state or country - or just vacation in general even if not traveling. Also - who is paying for the private school? Someone has to pay - you better note it in your decree and while you are doing that, you should also note whose paying for college and taking care of the health care cost.
