Loosing 25 pounds.. Help!!?

well with that you will lose weight very quickly, (i would say about a month and a half or so for 25 pounds) HOWEVER you will not be losing 25 pounds of fat. A lot of that will be muscle since you are not eating enough food. If you are aiming for the skin and bones look, i guess it will work but to have a great, fit body you should add at least two more meals into your diet. and by meals i mean the same thing you are eating now so add like peanut er on 2 slices of whole wheat toast, or some eggs with whole wheat toast or something. good luck!
