Im making sugar cookies.. should I use vanilla "flavoring" or almond extract?

I dont have any vanilla extract, but I do have this shoprite brand stuff thats kind of lke it;. I dont know it if will be any good though. I have this good almond extract.. but will that make the cookies taste weird?
