Dynamic songs to tune a amplifier?

I was reading my manual on the JBL I jus purchased and under the tuning suggestion it say to tune while a dynamic sound is playing. My question is what does this mean and is there any good suggestions on a song that would fit this description? I listen to everything from Country to Rap I'm more interested in sound quality than the overwhelming b lol.
